US Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING for US purchases over $175.00, all purchases $174.99 and under will incur a $9.95 flat shipping fee for all items unless otherwise stated on the product page and/or at time of checkout.

 

Orders typically ship from our store within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, and excluding any custom items. Please allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. Orders shipped with standard ground from Los Angeles will take 2 - 6 working days for delivery depending on the state. 

We also offer a USPS 3 Day and 2 Day Select service at an additional cost. 

The cut-off time for same day fulfillment is 12 PM PST. Any orders that are placed after 12 PM PST will ship the following business day. Any orders placed with expedited shipping on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. The Living End is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.
 

International Shipping

The Living End is proud to offer our products to our international clients.

Orders typically ship from our store within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays and excluding any custom items. Please allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. Some pieces require extended production time, this information is clearly noted on the product description. 

Any custom items are shipped as soon as the piece is ready. The customer will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number, please email us at thelivingendla@gmail.com.

Rates

Our current preferred carrier is USPS.

Currently we do not offer return labels or offer free returns. The shipping of a return is at the expense of the customer. 
If a customer enters shipping details incorrectly and the item is returned to us, the customer will be charged again for shipping the item out a second time. Please check your address very carefully.

Tracking

Tracking links are emailed when the order is shipped and are sent from our website. If you have not received your tracking link and your order has been processed, please check your junk mail folders before contacting us to save you time (often that is where it is hiding).

Orders shipping overseas with this service may take 2 - 5 business days.

 

USPS Standard

Orders shipping overseas with service may take 5 - 10 business days.

Please note, customs and duty fees are NOT included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We recommend using this duty calculator site to approximate your fees. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

We cannot label international orders as gifts, all customs documentation must be completed accurately. While we understand the intention behind this request, it is for the protection of the customer, as well as The Living End. If an international package is labeled as a gift and gets lost or damaged during the shipping process, no insurance claims can be filed, and the customer will not be able to receive a refund for their damaged/lost goods.

We strive to make goods of the highest quality possible. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us and we will try to reach a reasonable solution.

Please note that many items are unique, reworked, up-cycled, vintage or hand made and due to the natural elements of these materials there will be some variation from one item to another and it may not exactly match the picture. The vintage dyeing, treatments, washes, and other processes used on our products produce a gently worn in, vintage look and feel that is truly unique yet luxurious. Print variation, small holes and distressing, fading and other imperfections are intentional to create a one of a kind look and feel and are not considered defects.

Sale Policy

All sale items are FINAL SALE. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges. Any item purchased on sale or with a discount code is considered FINAL SALE.

Please allow extra time for email response and shipping of items during any sale. We’re working very hard to respond to emails and ship items out in a timely manner, but we do ask for your patience. You will receive an email order confirmation and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped. If you haven't received an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase, please email thelivingendla@gmail.com.
