Returns
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number please visit thelivingendla.com and submit the “RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) REQUEST” form under the RETURNS link. Please use the subject “RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST” with your order number in the subject line and provide us with the details of your return request. Return requests must be made within 5 DAYS from delivery date. RA’s are issued Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) 10am to 6pm and may take up to 24-48 hours to receive. Returns are subject to approval, based upon our return policy.
RETURN POLICY
THELIVINGENDLA.COM accepts returns of all unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box (if applicable).
FINAL SALE on all Swimwear, Jewelry, Accessories, Lingerie, Reworked items, Vintage and One-of-a-Kind items, Custom Designs, Limited Edition products and Sale Items.
STORE CREDIT will be issued for all resale, up-cycled and pre-loved items that are unworn/unwashed with original tags attached when an RA is requested within 5 days from delivery date.
Returns for New merchandise will be refunded to your original form of payment within 7-10 Business days from receipt of package depending on your bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The Living End is not responsible for lost/stolen return packages. We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable courier with signature.
Any returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and returned back to sender. Return requests that have been rejected will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We are unfortunately unable to process exchanges at this time. Please request a Return Authorization (RA) number at thelivingendla.com by filling out the “RA REQUEST FORM” with your order number and details of the items you would like to return. Please note that all RA requests are subject to approval, based upon our return policy.
